Instructions:

      Please note that the declaration is not to discourage any study/presenter/author, but to recognize, declare and identify the financial source for the study and for the listeners to make their own decision/judgement about the study.

1. Abstract should be less than 200 words.
2. Three printed copies of abstract in the "Times New Roman" format with a font size of 12 should be sent.
3. A CD containing full article should be sent.
4. Authors Name and Affiliation should be presented only on the title paper and not on the transcript of the article.
5. Full paper should reach us by 30th of June, 2008.
6. Free papers and presentations which were already presented in the previous
   State Conferences should not be presented.

Award Category:

1. Presenting author should be AOI- Karnataka State Chapter Member.
2. Work should have been done in Karnataka.

Free Paper /Case Reports Session:

1. No alterations in the timing of presentation will be permitted.
2. Presentation should be in Microsoft Power Point format
   (Windows 2000/XP Version).
3. CD should be submitted to preview room "4" hours prior
   to the presentation.
4. Free Paper:   Presentation: 8 min         Discussion: 2 min
   Case Report: Presentation: 6 min         Discussion: 2 min

Poster Presentation:

1. Will be dispalyed for all the 3 days.
2. Will be provided with a space of 3'x 4'.
3. Presenter should be available for discussion on the
   date, which will be informed.
