Terms & Conditions:

  • Exhibitors have to adhere to the date / time during set-up and dismantling period.

  • Exhibitors are responsible for the stability and safety of any structures or exhibits erected by their stand constructors.

  • Exhibitors are liable to take care of the property at the campus during set-up and dismantling period and any damages caused will be recovered from the security deposit.

  • Any exhibits / equipments / fittings / fixtures left over after the dismantling period will be removed from the campus at the cost of exhibitors.

  • General security, general house-keeping, general lighting inside and outside the exhibition hall will be provided. Any additional security required for individual stalls have to indicate well in advance and they will be provided at extra cost.

  • The power connection will be provided up to stand point. Internal wiring and fitting has to be organized by exhibitors through their stand constructors. The requirement of power to the stall is to be indicated to organizer 45 days in advance.

  • The water connection could be provided up to standpoint. Internal connection and placing the washbasin has to be organized by exhibitors through their stand constructors. The requirement of water connection to the stall to be indicated to organizer 45 days in advance.

  • The organizers will not be responsible or liable for any injury to or death of any person, during the setting up, exhibition and dismantling phases of the exhibition / conference.

  • Each exhibitor has to obtain the exhibitor badges from the organizer. Employees, agents, representatives, guests, consultants and other concerned personnel of the individual company should carry, at all the times while they are in the exhibition / conference and dismantling period. This is a statutory requirement for security reasons.

  • Any advertisement (optical or acoustic) stickers, banners, hoardings, standees, buntings and publicity material of any other type should not be displayed outside the exhibition  premises. Prior written permission of Chairman, Trade & Fair has to be obtained, would need arise for any display otherwise.

  • The hoardings or advertisement material displayed should not pose any danger to public safety and should not cause any disturbance.
